Good pay if you work the day. Good communication.
Cons
Favoritism: the day manager is vietnamese, that's why vietnamese workers are the kings. They get the best schedules, the best pay raises... Very old junk equipments (some trucks are 30 years old as the management says); Forced to work night, because no day shifts available (if you don't work overnight, you'll get low pay); No transportation available for overnight to commute home (the train ends up around 11:00 pm and Uber can mostly charges me $31 or more per trip).
