This organization is run like a well oiled machine. Its commitment to sell the best product of its kind and to work on maintaining the culture that helped us get to where we are at is phenomenal for an organization this sized. Best sales organization ive worked with and great benefits as well.
Cons
Because of Cisco's aggressive growth plan, reps are starting to work harder to achieve quota. If you are talented and up to the challenge, this is the best place to work. If you cant handle the pressure this may not be for you.
