      There were some surgeons I loved working with. They negotiated with me for higher pay.

      Cons

      Worked as a tech while pregnant, no breaks. Unspoken teams. People who gate keep certain rooms. I’ve never been made to feel so incompetent in my career over things that did not actually matter. Seriously better hospitals to work for in the city.
