Pros
I've been at Meta for 2 years and it's been quite a ride. We've gone from a start-up with a cool idea to a company with a really cool product, It's so satisfying to be a David competing with Goliaths and coming out on top. Besides the product being awesome, the team and management have grown and developed. Really professional with heavy hitters joining all the time. The CEO inspires, circulates among the different teams and is accessible. Beautiful office space, great food, Zen atmosphere, culture of collaboration. Bottom line - I really look forward to every day at Meta.
Cons
Still not enough engineers, but that's improving. Not really a con, but the reality is if you're not willing to work hard and put out fully, this is not the place for you.
