      * People are amazing - except the CEO * Technology if the CEO stopped creating one road block after the other * You can leave

      * Did you notice all those 5-star reviews are short and not many labeled as helpful? Gee, wonder why... because people were asked/forced to give bogus reviews of Meta (email was sent to all staff). Don't believe the 5-stars * CEO has a huge ego yet extremely insecure and thin-skinned * Firing top people who knew what they were doing * CEO is killing the culture and the company * Everyone wants to leave * Tons of backstabbing and throwing people under the bus by a few who don't know how to do their jobs * Over inflated job titles for people who don't have the skills * Women are treated with disrespect by the CEO * Often hear gossip that the CEO wants a 'young' office * More consultants and contractors running teams because they can't keep talented leaders at the company * CEO treats people like property with total disregard for them as human beings * CEO doesn't care about people - has never asked about personal life - probably doesn't even know who is married and who has children * Leadership has no backbone to stand up to the CEO's raving lunacy * Even the most positive, passionate, and talented people leave because of the misery of working with this incompetent CEO

      * On staff chefs * The worker-bees are all a delight * Cool tech

      * CEO * Lack of management experience * Shifting strategies * No strategy * Flailing execution * Treating employees horribly * Highest turnover company I've ever seen * Hints of sexism and agism * Many broken promises to customers and internally * Many contractors - little skin in the game * Many employees with overly inflated titles and lack of experience

      Worst CEO ever

      Pros

      Incredibly talented group of people working hard to create the future of AR. The work can be fun and interesting.

      Cons

      Expected to work long hours and Sunday with no bonuses or incentive to take on additional hours. CEO switches plans, doesn't appreciate his employees and has little understanding of the challenges that face the company. CEO sees himself as the next Steve Jobs...and he kind of is, but in all the worst ways possible.
