Pros
- great location (across from TD Garden) - one of few companies espousing the remote work paradigm - great working space - benefits on-par with industry - compelling tech story, using tiny polarizers - great array of snacks and good catering
Cons
- management is essentially a Harvard bro-club - management doesn't know if it's a fabless company, or a SW company - management keeps switching focus on their primary IP; suffer from "shiny bauble" syndrome. - look at Crunchbase for their most recent funding efforts...do the math on their runway when you consider them. - they seem to have a HIGH burn rate for what they're offering, and renting prime R/E. - the pricey talent they're hiring is primarily sidelined; a very small number of employees are doing the "heavy-lifting".
