The question is very specific to the product in the company
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Metalenz in Nov 2022
Interview
The interview process was three steps: first a screen with the recruiter and hiring manager, followed by a full interview day of 4 interviews with various members of the team. The questions were fair and targeted toward the role. Everyone on the panel was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. The whole process from start to finish took only a few weeks.

They asked me about my experience and how it would translate to the role at Metalenz. They asked about my experience working at both larger and start-up companies and which is my preference/what I thought the biggest challenges would be coming to a small company.
