      The technology is there and they are investing a lot into it.

      Cons

      The direction and selfishness of the company causes for alot of unsatissfied employees. They are about their technology first and will constantly burn bridges and lose clients due to forcing their agenda onto them.

      Pros

      Fantastic culture. Full of young, hungry, and smart people. Product is excellent. Growth oriented business model. Very bright future ahead. I wouldn’t have left if I didn’t get recruited for a much more lucrative opportunity.

      Cons

      The operations side of the business carries less work/life balance. Pushing for RTO but has several offices across the country.
