      Good communication skills and professionalism

      Cons

      cheap as crap, they don’t care about their employees. They pay us so next to nothing for the amount of work we do even though the company loves to brag how much money they are bringing in. They don’t care about any of there workers. For 8-12$ an hour this job WILLL NEVER EVER BE WORTH IT AGAIN. TERRIBLE COMPANY. PRAYING ON THE LAWSUIT TO GO THROUGH.

      Pros

      Fantastic culture. Full of young, hungry, and smart people. Product is excellent. Growth oriented business model. Very bright future ahead. I wouldn’t have left if I didn’t get recruited for a much more lucrative opportunity.

      Cons

      The operations side of the business carries less work/life balance. Pushing for RTO but has several offices across the country.
