      Pros

      The company is pretty laid back for the most part. There is some flexibility with the management positions well. Free parking at all of their properties.

      Cons

      Switching things over to AI and automation which is reducing staffing without notice with layoffs. Poor communication from upper management at times.

      Pros

      Fantastic culture. Full of young, hungry, and smart people. Product is excellent. Growth oriented business model. Very bright future ahead. I wouldn’t have left if I didn’t get recruited for a much more lucrative opportunity.

      Cons

      The operations side of the business carries less work/life balance. Pushing for RTO but has several offices across the country.
