MTVH is a great company to work for. i feel happy and supported in my role. management and team leaders are always on hand to help and assist in all ways and are friendly and approachable. extra help is always offered where needed. progression is encouraged and supported by all team members. benefits and annual leave allowance is fantastic.
Cons
one of the downsides to working at MTVH is residents sometimes thinking we do not care. this is far from the truth. All my team care deeply for our residents, properties, and repair issues.
