absolutely nothing apart from staff amongst each other
Cons
no leadership whatsoever. no backbone, no willingness to invest unless there already is s solid order ready, no vision, mission, strategy, old products, no innovation, no people management, no looking after staff, not rewarding loyality, pay new staff more than current staff, not keeping up with inflation, back stabbing done on the daily, and most importantly; no future prospects. all of this applies to MDT and it's business units throughout Europe.
