High expectations, with very little return. This was a very stressful work environment, little concern was given to that aspect of this job, therefore burn out was high and morale was low. I kept waiting to see if any level of management would notice this and make appropriate changes to help eliminate some of the unnecessary stressors, and I am sad to say that was not the case.
