Good pay, good benefits, laid back atmosphere

Stressful at times, but overall great place.

I have not worked at any other company or organization that I have enjoyed as much as I have working for Micro Gaming Technologies. My co-workers are all dedicated professionals who clearly take their roles seriously. Their concern for our clients is shown by their determination to the CLIENT'S success. The Tech Support team members clearly have strong abilities and customer service skills. The product development team members are brilliant and hard-working. The trainers are amazing and make up the best team of trainers I've ever seen. The managers are actually leaders who help us do our jobs well. The owners are generous and make sure we have a good place to work.,

If there was any Con at all, it might be that the company continues to grow each year and that growth outpaces staffing. But this is often a main issue with growing companies.
