      Great little software company filled with loving people who value each other and our customers. The kind of place where your individual contribution is recognized and rewarded.

      Cons

      We treat employees like people not numbers. We genuinely care about the employees and their families. We emphasize the need for balanced living and stress the order of priorities as God, Family and then the company.

      Pros

      I have not worked at any other company or organization that I have enjoyed as much as I have working for Micro Gaming Technologies. My co-workers are all dedicated professionals who clearly take their roles seriously. Their concern for our clients is shown by their determination to the CLIENT'S success. The Tech Support team members clearly have strong abilities and customer service skills. The product development team members are brilliant and hard-working. The trainers are amazing and make up the best team of trainers I've ever seen. The managers are actually leaders who help us do our jobs well. The owners are generous and make sure we have a good place to work.,

      Cons

      If there was any Con at all, it might be that the company continues to grow each year and that growth outpaces staffing. But this is often a main issue with growing companies.

      Pros

      Small company, peers are friendly and helpful. A decent place to grow and be given some latitude to learn IT. Solid bonuses based on effort. Business is still steadily growing; job security.

      Cons

      Middle managers with no idea what's going on. Weekly bible study during working hours in main conference room. Emails from upper management reminding you evolution is a lie. Lots of interdepartmental drama, primarily due to department heads being family/church friends of the owner.
