Pros
Smaller team, great technology headed by a CEO who has a vision . You also get chance to be involved in many challenging projects globally. Access to everything if you can show that you can make money for the company.
Cons
If you don’t ask, you won’t get .So if you get too comfortable then expect no promotions. All are consultants even if report development engagement but I guess it’s the same for all IT companies. Salary is not the best in the market . T &E is bit on the lower side for e.g. company approves only economy flights even for 10+ hr flights.
