Relaxed environment. Good people. Job security. Work life balance is really great. Health benefits are very good. Stock options package is good as well as ability to purchase more.
Cons
Lower end of pay spectrum for field. Inconsistent with pay raises and promotions even though highlight they like to promote from within.
