Pros
The managers are very flexible. They don't micromanage. The company has profit sharing. If you are in sales then you get extra profit sharing to compensate for the fact that you don't get commission. This is actually very nice because it allows for more collaboration.
Cons
The biggest con is that there is only 10 days of vacation when you first start. After two years, it increases by one day each year to a max of 20 days. This is ridiculously little amount of vacation.
