      Culture of the company is great. Having a good manager is common and doesn't have a toxic environment. Co-workers that support you and is easy to get along is nice. The work-life balance was great.

      Cons

      As Microchip has a shared profit, they also have shared sacrifice. This may be good or bad depending on your situation.
