The US division is awful. Don’t expect any of the same benefits as your international counterparts. Minimal PTO, no maternity/paternity leave other than what your state offers. Can’t use PTO for 180 days after starting. Systems are antiquated, and most of your colleagues will be incompetent. They will outsource departments and then you’ll be responsible for making up for their failures.
