Outsourced HR reps during hiring process were very grating to deal with - almost to the point where it felt like I wouldn't get the job after a job offer was made - simply because they didn't hear back from my references...
Senior management (L3/L4) was very disconnected from the actual work the L1s were doing, to an embarrassing degree. Causing major problems with how the business operated, and burnout of L1s. It seems improved from when I joined 3 years ago, but needs work.
Individual orgs feel disconnected from Milestone as a whole.
