      The best things here is their hybrid work culture, Decent Pay, good office location, pantry and friendliness of the leadership.

      Cons

      A few cons are such as no proper learning and development push from the management, Appraisal process is bit confusing here. No team lunches or outings. Its been three years now in the organisation. but no outing till date. The company was spending a-lot on employees during the initial days of building themselves, but everything has been put onto a limit now. No Young minds in the organisation, only the tenured can get in here. No yearly events happens here, No Anniversary goodies will be provided. No sports events happen,

      Several recognition programs, learning and development resources and opportunities, a CEO who remembers your name, remote roles, supportive work-life flexibility, and feedback is actually implemented to improve employees' experience.

      Cons

      While being a remote employee has its privileges, I do miss engaging with my team in person.

Because Milestone often works through client contracts, your experience can depend heavily on the client site you're assigned to.
