The CEO has no direction of his own and is being influenced by whoever shouts the most aggressive. Trying to introduce overcomplicating business methodologies that are not suitable for a business of that constitution and growth aspirations. Planning over doing, then wondering why things don't improve. Seriously one of the worst run companies I've ever seen. The values that are being preached are just words. If you're working there, run and find a place with leadership that understands priorities and how to use their brain.
