Pros

You can work from home and some people are fun to work with. I learnt a lot in a short time frame.

Cons

Majority of the talent have left or been forced out since there is no progression pathway. Genuine hard work and countless hours over time is not recognised. Constant false promises. Many more cons, read the other recent reviews.

.Great set of people within the same team as me. . When the rare chance came about talking to people from other departments was great as everyone was lovely.

Cons

.Upper leadership team where clueless and made up of yes men with no real direction. .Financial KPI's where plucked from thin air and completely unacheivable. . Endless meeting after meeting promising input and change but nothing ever came out about them.

People, on the surface the values and the culture.

Cons

The CEO has no direction of his own and is being influenced by whoever shouts the most aggressive. Trying to introduce overcomplicating business methodologies that are not suitable for a business of that constitution and growth aspirations. Planning over doing, then wondering why things don't improve. Seriously one of the worst run companies I've ever seen. The values that are being preached are just words. If you're working there, run and find a place with leadership that understands priorities and how to use their brain.
