Flexible company with approachable management and room for growth. Plenty of opportunities to be challenged and learn the business. Internal promotion/job movement is encouraged. Very stable company with stellar financial health. Global opportunities are abundant. Excellent 401k program.
Cons
Pay is somewhat below market typically (especially for such an extremely profitable company), and raises are relatively marginal, even for promotions (sometimes comically so), forcing employees to seek opportunities with other companies to get the increase they desire. Vacation is only average. Tuition reimbursement could be better. Some areas of company suffer from trying to stretch resources too thinly, burning out resources. Not enough emphasis on finding and retaining top talent.
