They encourage and support professional development, asking questions, and learning on the job.
Cons
- "Speed, Agility, Urgency" often causes more stress than good results. - Project timelines are typically very short. - Everyone is super busy, which can limit support, when needed. - There's a lot of "Kool-aid" drinking, with respect to company culture and "market dominance"
