Bonus structure is awful; essentially luck of the draw based on your territory and nothing more you can do about it. Even if your crushing it, your personal sales wins will not really move the needle. It is luck of the draw based on territory. Annual bonus structure with quarterly payout on “specific categories” NOT commission! You could be a rockstar and go into a horrible territory; sell like a legend and then not get a bonus because it’s based on annual growth (how is that sales?) If you want to go to a great territory and not do anything, this might be the company for you because there is potential you can sit at home and not do anything and take home the 30% bonus, while counterparts who actually work hard will take home nothing based on the low volume territory they inherited. Spent 4 years giving it a chance and the system Is awful.It is an annual bonus structure with and additional quarterly payout, NOT commission! If you are lucky enough to go to a great territory and not do anything, this might be the company for you because there is potential you can sit at home and not doing anything while counterparts who actually work hard will take home nothing based on the low volume territory they inherited. We’re talking 20MM territories, you walk into the Role that someone else left and are expected to comp minimum 20% when the territory has been decimated.
