Pros

Stable income Strongly mediocre benefits

Cons

- Executive team has no vision for the future. They refuse to invest in scalable product development & test infrastructure and prioritize shipping product out the door at the expense of your blood, sweat, and tears. - Nothing that we work on can disrupt product release schedule, even if it provides a net benefit. We are forced to build bridges WHILE CROSSING THE DAMN THING. - Every business unit works out of their own silos. Proactive standardization and improvements are rejected in favor of reactively cleaning up messes. It’s almost like we’re encouraged to invent new crises to get anything done. - All of our time is wasted on catching up on market segments we have no expertise in, only because our competitors released product in those areas. No forward thinking at all, and this is reflected in the annual "state of the company" speeches which is framed exclusively by the sales and marketing teams. Do we even have a CTO? - Slow pay growth - We have no control over the product manufacturing process whatsoever, because the "powers that be" determined that cost savings is better than reducing design & manufacturing complexity.

Pros

Amazing culture. They are serious about their company culture. Great employee benefits.

Cons

At times you might find yourself without directions but it isn't really a company thing. It is about how much you engage with them
