Pros
Milwaukee has the best benefits I have ever seen from a company. You work hard, but you are treated incredibly well. There is a drive from the top of the company on down to help every employee continue to grow inside a system that has so much opportunity.
Cons
Like any job, turnover happens and that’s tough for any company to overcome.
