Pros
More and more projects are in pipeline which is great. The team has stabilized and new hiring is going on. Hiring strategy has also evolved where instead of getting 10 average folks, we are getting a mix of a few extremely skilled people and a few average folks, which is a welcome change. Compensation was revised recently which is also great. Culture has improved, work life balance has also improved.
Cons
Company should try to get more projects and try to understand why we are missing out on new opportunities and why we are loosing existing ones. This should be evaluated from the grassroot levels
