First Pros Point hold true when you are hired as an office boy, cause normal office are not meant for an employee. Most of the manager are of same age and experience as you, this ensures proper bonding like friends. So conflicts are solved like buddies in between. No proper management hierarchy. No PF : When i was working with the firm, there were 50+ employees then but still no PF, the company was seriously evading tax but also eating employees right. ATAE policy : A Tissue An Employee policy, Strict orders from mangement to use and reuse the same tissue provided throughout. Being a tech company and being tech savy, doesn't mean that all the reusable code theories work over here. Unpaid Night Work : No extra allowances for staying extra late and by extra late i mean after 12 and regularly. Also no good policies for female employees. CEO Motivation theory : When you do some awesome work or pulled some difficult job successfully, CEO himself finding you alone in pantry will praise you and motivate like you have win the world for him. You will feel obviously good. But when something in your application breaks, even if minor. You will try to avoid visiting pantry alone cause the tiger might find you and do the same, but you are wrong here, he will get you straight when you are with your full team and embarrass you in front of them to teach you as well as them what worse can happen if you are at the receiving end next time. Bonus Cuts : I am really angry and sad over their Annual Bonus policy and they can cut anytime any amount and give any random reason. The best reason, if you put down your paper you are not eligible at all, cause how dare you go against company and you have to pay it via your money, A Big sum of money!!!

I don't find any such cons in this company. May be because of the friendly atmosphere.
