      I was working with Mindstix from September 2012 to April 2014. During my span with Mindstix I will rate it a 5* company. 1.You can work with innovative technologies 2. No one will stop you from doing anything meaningful infact everyone will support you. 3. You will get to communicate directly with the client . 4. Higher Management is very friendly and supportive. 5.Flexible Work Timings.

      Cons

      I don't find any such cons in this company. May be because of the friendly atmosphere.

      Pros

      1. Awesome work culture(Flex. Timings, WFH) 2. Snacks every evening and lunch on Fridays. 3. A lot to learn. (Company adapts quickly to latest tech stack). 4. Management trusts you. If you are doing good, they will hand over the responsibility of a complete project. 5. Very talented and helpful people in management. 6. Friendly colleagues.

      Cons

      1. Sometimes pressure on some projects is very high because of resource crunch (Though you learn a lot under pressure)
