Pros
There are some really great and smart people at the company......also quite a few that are not.
Cons
It all depends on where you work within the company. Finance seems good. Support folks are always pretty jovial. Sales is miserable and there is least one teared up AE or BDR daily. Implementation takes a beating and has high turnover. They had a good manager for a while, but he wised up and jumped ship. Engineering and marketing appear to be pretty good places. Payments team seem pretty happy,
