Great work atmosphere. Everyone is nice, friendly, and you are treated like family. Pay and commissions are good, but has to be negotiated.
Cons
A lot goes on behind the scenes that an employee may not be aware of. I was "let go" because I was not seen as the "future of the company", and sales were down company wide.
Even though I had exceeded my monthly sales goal by nearly 25%.and was #3 in sales out of 5 in my division, two others, one with far less than I, in sales was "kept on", even though his sales were behind mine for four or five months in a row. The other, was a possible future son in law of the Owner.
