Pros
Great place to work! The owner on down all work in a team atmosphere to provide a smooth relocation. All upper level managers had an open door policy.
Cons
Health benefits were a little high but this is a small privately owned company with fewer than 50 employees, so I was very pleased they offered health insurance.
