4yIt is hard to listen or adapt to something that isn't said or shared openly but we appreciate the honesty of the post.
Mirriaders enjoy a weekly Town Hall where we discuss our vision and plans to scale to be the company we know we can be. We can submit questions to our CEO and CFO in full confidentiality in advance of the meeting and no question, however uncomfortable, is left untackled.
We are working to create a transparent meritocracy where we can bring our whole selves to work. We celebrate our successes and admit our faults and we learn from feedback when shared.
No job tenure is wasted in the journey of a career - we all build on experiences, both positive and negative, to take us forward. You will always find somewhere that pays a higher salary or that fits more closely with your ways of working and we wish anyone leaving all the best and are thankful for the time spent working with us.
