Pros

Good food, you get great food served during lunch, and an okayish pantry TT table at bay Some great people here and there (spoiler: they keep leaving)

Cons

All the 5-star reviews here feel manufactured. Around April every year, employees are pushed to leave positive reviews just to attract new hires into what is honestly a very poorly managed company. Realistically, not even the leadership would rate this place 5 stars if they were being honest. Management, except for 1-2 people, is extremely two-faced. Unrealistic deadlines are the norm, and non-technical project managers constantly micromanage developers, pinging every few minutes asking whether work is “done” without understanding the actual complexity involved. KRAs and KPIs are completely unreasonable and heavily dependent on client-side delays, yet employees are penalized for issues outside their control. Although never openly stated, KPI scores directly impact hikes and bonuses. The attrition rate is unbelievable. Most developers leave soon after completing their bond period, which itself is ₹1 lakh for leaving within a year. The average engineer barely stays beyond 1–1.5 years, while only upper management remains long-term. That alone says a lot about the work culture. The situation is so grim that a basic need like HEALTH INSURANCE is given after you complete six months. Ever since the previous Director of Engineering left, the Bangalore office has become even worse. Employees are expected to maintain strict 9-hour office attendance for all 5 days, and management questions you even if your average falls slightly short. This doesn’t even include the late-night 1 AM calls or on-call weeks that employees are expected to handle. People are leaving this company as fast as they can, and for good reason.
