learn a lot be part of a startup that has a clear mission and goal and is hustling get to understand the needs of the retail industry from a startup side meet cool people in mishipay network

Cons

management treats everyone like a slave no work life balance, and super toxic culture - not scalable and it's only a startup when you do something great - was management's idea, when it's wrong - it's yours no career growth bc ceo only thinks of himself, ego, and his career trajectory

Pros

Founder is willing to develop employees to above their job description. Many chances for development in this startup. Given a lot of trust from day 1.

Cons

Awkward environment from the beginning. Colleagues do not try to welcome new starters. Founder has a one track mind so it is his way or the highway. Makes you think he is listening to you and willing to accommodate but it only seems like he is accommodating when really he is just directing you workwise in the direction he initially wanted to go in.

Cons

It's been 4 years company founded but still think that started 6 month back and force employees to work like labour. Too much unstructred work and pressure, There is no innovation only re-work is there.
