Pros

Horrible Benefits, Horrible PTO, Horrible Ownership. Truly bad people at the helm.

Cons

Working for Mobilelink was hands down the most dehumanizing experience of my career. Ownership is easily the most inhumane, non-caring, callous, and desensitized group I have ever encountered in any workplace. Employees are treated purely as numbers on a spreadsheet, the bottom dollar is the only priority. The company engages in unethical practices not only with its employees but also with its affiliates. They will go out of their way to avoid paying commissions and bonuses you have rightfully earned, often changing KPIs mid-cycle to ensure targets are missed. It’s a deliberate, calculated tactic to keep money in ownership’s pockets at the expense of the people doing the work. Leadership has no hesitation to scream, curse, and belittle employees without a second thought. The “managers” and pawns they put in place only make the culture worse, fostering fear, manipulation, and distrust. If you value integrity, dignity, or even basic human decency in your workplace, do not work for this company. I do not care how desperate you may be for a paycheck- choose homelessness over this company.

Pros

-Decent pay with commission structure -There are some great people in HR, LP, Strategic

Cons

-Most leadership doesn't stick around for more than 6 months. -More than half the stores are put together or problems fixed by unlicensed vendors -Hard to get maintenance issues resolved especially high priority items like heaters & air-conditioning. -Costant "never a good job" mentality even for top performers -Lack of understanding of needs from corporate office to the field -Little or no support for events, even grand openings, paid out of pocket for most. -Often bought supplies for locations due to 3-4 week turn around times. -Reviews after main leadership was eliminated became belittling rather than constructive for growth
