When I worked there we got perks like video games from some of the contracted companies for the moderators but the upper managers came in and took all the best stuff leaving the scraps for the actual employees. They called me in many times under threat of firing on both Christmas and Thanksgiving to order me in the office because they didn't plan accordingly. Upper management often comes to the office to show off potential contracts, completely ignoring the people that work there. Often times having loud parties and get togethers that moderators are not allowed to participate in. Do not work here unless you have no options or you are going to school.
