Pros
Easy work. Quiet office. They handled the pandemic well, allowing their employees in the Sacramento area to work remote.
Cons
However, when they returned to office they were hardline all in office, no remote work. They lost a good 3/4 of their workforce and forced the remaining members to pick up the slack for those that didn't feel comfortable returning to office. There is no room for growth here. Only work here if you are in between jobs or need something on the side to suppliment your income. IF you are lucky enough to fall into an APM type position you will get an extra 50 cents and thats it. Everyone gets the minimum 3 days sick leave, no vacation, no holidays off, 24 hours in office so you can end up getting a graveyard shift. When I worked there we got perks like video games from some of the contracted companies for the moderators but the upper managers came in and took all the best stuff leaving the scraps for the actual employees. They called me in many times under threat of firing on both Christmas and Thanksgiving to order me in the office because they didn't plan accordingly. Upper management often comes to the office to show off potential contracts, completely ignoring the people that work there. Often times having loud parties and get togethers that moderators are not allowed to participate in. Do not work here unless you have no options or you are going to school.
