Pros

Hahaha, good one! What pros?

Cons

- No stability in hours as you'll be forced into a pool of self scheduling each month. You can and likely will face months where you have little to no hours. - Complete nepotistic hierarchy that requires heavy amounts of sucking up to management (often who show severe cases of incompetence). You'll also find there is little room for forward progression, so this can ultimately lead nowhere. - Utter lack of transparency within the company. Decisions which WILL impact your livelihood will be made and you will not find out until the last minute. - Hyper-restrictive NDA which means you can't tell anyone outside the company what you do, hard to feel a sense of pride in your company when you literally can't even say you work for them. - Incompetence of city office management on several occasions, the most notable of which being starting an electrical fire using extension cables, and when being advised if they just replace that system it will happen again, they pushed forward...it happened again - Above leads to the complete lack of a fire safety plan. Not one fire drill in the history of my time at the office. - An American company branching out to the UK, and so will do every possible thing they can to circumvent UK and EU law to pull a fast one on employees. - Last but certainly not least, recently made 60 staff redundant so they could then hire cheaper labour in other countries.

Pros

It is nice working from home and having the choice to work from the office if you want to be sociable.

Cons

You can be dropped from a project with next to no notice, this can happen even if you do everything right and perform well. Managers will promise you help in finding another project but finding a new project can take months so you can be left with no income and looking for another job. This is definitely not a reliable company to work for. No benefits, no health insurance, no maternity leave, no paid breaks . Favoritism is rife within the company.

Pros

Working from home is all that is good

Cons

Poor management, Nepotism. Only way to keep your job is to suck up to managers. Hire lots of non English speakers for English speaking roles providing poor service to clients.
