Pros

Put the work in and you get rewarded via grouping. Life is easier if you can maintain QA to 100% however if you fall into group 2-3 then scheduling becomes limited and the margins are extremely small. Some projects you can do the bare minimum, it's a quiet hour if you work UK mornings aka GMT-8 shifts. It's sink or swim with less than basic training over the course of every project, Project managers are terrible except for some outliers who go above and beyond but within 5 years I experienced 2 out of 15+

Cons

Unless you're perfect then you will be fighting for hours based on internet connection, Scheduling is absolute atrocious and they never got it down properly in 6+ years. On Christmas time they have false incentives such amazon giftcards for hitting targets however it's a battle back and fourth with management for them to follow through with paying the bonus. You are cattle and a test to management, they will test you like a guinea pig. You need to swim and never sink.

Pros

I swas on a project where I could select 2 hour blocks of time to work, which was helpful since I had another job also. Management was always nice, I enjoyed working there for the time I did.

Cons

As with any remote customer service phone job, timing the call was crucial to not get behind in notes you needed to add per call
