Pros
Work from anywhere! Many of us take full advantage of the flexibility that our remote work provides - we even have a dedicated Slack channel where we post pictures of our daily "office". Some examples include the family cabin on the lake and a cafe in Prague.
Excellent team. Even though we are remote (we do all meet up once a year for an epic team trip in an exotic location), many of us have become "real world" friends. The "environment" at work is a perfect combination of professionalism and friendliness. From my first day, everyone I have worked with has been happy to help me out whenever I needed it. I can honestly say that I have fun working with this crew every day.
Opportunities to learn. If you have something to contribute, they generally are happy to let you run with it and help you see it through. I personally have been able to do a wide variety of things that I was interested in (in addition to the role I was hired for), which certainly helps to keep things interesting on a day to day basis. The experience and skills that I have gained will be so helpful to me in the future.
Management is fantastic. The "higher ups" are always there to support you and help you grow, but there isn't a problem with micromanagement as I have experienced with other companies in the past.
Cons
I really don't have anything negative to say. Others have mentioned not getting benefits, but I would much rather work at a job I love than at an OK job that offers benefits.
