Pros

Lawyer are goods in civil cases,salary okay for it but not in market price.

Cons

Not good handling in management ,one staff might need to focus 4-5 lawyer and the pupil might ask you do their job whereas you not in enough hands to help through .so need to be well prepared for multitasking for few. Lawyers and pupil on the same time.and no hr department and finance department .

Pros

Compensation is around market level, though there is room for improvement compared to peers in the industry.

Cons

In my experience, the work environment is, at times, highly toxic and difficult to navigate. Leadership is often inconsistent, and communication is often perceived as unnecessarily harsh/rude. There were situations where interactions felt disrespectful, including raised voices and dismissive tones. Admin staff are incredibly rude and have no respect for lawyers. Opportunities for growth and advancement do not always appear to be based on merit and may instead feel influenced by favoritism. I was personally disappointed by some of the behavior I experienced from senior leadership, which did not align with my expectations of professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this workplace.

Pros

Exposure to a legal practice environment.

Cons

1)Significant favoritism within the firm, which affects morale and fairness in opportunities. 2) One of the junior partner who just got recently promoted in 2025 can be extremely difficult to work with — often condescending, frequently changes instructions or decisions and speaks in a belittling manner. 3) Learning opportunities are limited, especially for lawyers who are hoping to develop professionally. 4) Workplace culture can feel toxic at times, with frequent gossip among employees. 5) Extremely high turnover rate. Administrative staff are often placed on a pedestal, while lawyers may feel undervalued or treated poorly. There have been instances of verbal insults or unprofessional communication.
