Pros
My bosses, Dave and Jennifer were awesome. The work was challenging, but good because it kept me on my feet, and time flew by. I had the opportunity to meet a lot of new people. I loved the work environment. All of the girls got along pretty well.
Cons
Sometimes customers expected us to perform tasks outside of the general scope of chores that Molly Maid offered, such as laundry and other things. A lot of people have a different idea of what a maid service should offer and were disappointed if we didn't spend the entire day in one home. The percentage of commission could improve a lot.
