Pros

Lower prices (Which i a CATCH 22 Jekyll & Hyde here)

Poor Customer service, disorganized, poorly run, arm doesn't know what the leg is doing, can't do simple things like most other companies can do like swap out items of same price within a 2 hour order time frame, Never have supervisors NOR managers present to speak to customers, phone rep doesn't speak clearly, takes several emails & LONG wait times to answer emails IF they even bother, no help at all, refund process is STRESSFUL & takes a LONG time plus they charge u the expensive shipment cost even though u call to cancel order or if THEY cancel order yet STILL ship it out, don't want to take accountability, they could care less about issues as long as they make the sale, they will tell u whatever to get the sale including wrong or dishonest information.
