Pros

Nice People , nice industry where you feel like you are helping people.

Cons

Zero opportunity for growth, company is not doing well since they keep laying people off. Hard to feel motivated when there's a complete lack of resources and management seems to just be trying to not get laid off. Bad management all around and an old boy's club for sure.
