Pros

Smart and kind people. Good investment in internal tech stack and what I believe to be a good product.

Cons

Take this with serious weight, leadership is quick to make rash decisions that become mandatory. I cannot emphasize the word “rash” enough. Programs are not well thought through, speed is ranked too high over quality. Speed is great, but if the approach, rollout, etc. is poor than all it did was cost valuable time and money. If it didn’t go well, it’s not because of their mandate, it’s because of something you did (and may even blame AI use for it). Not sure what pressure the executive team is under, it’s a black box, but I would take serious caution. The other recent reviews say it all. If you want support, stability, and autonomy to do your work and do it well, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Pros

Highest density of pro Israelis in the business! Go Zionism!

Cons

Highest density of white supremeicists in a tech company. This is an Israeli tech company. Many of of the leaders have committed atrocities and war crimes and should be brought to trial. Instead they make millions off of everyone’s labor. They recently fired half the company after hosting an offsite they titles “All In!” . More like “Half in!”. The same Zionist core they’ve had since the start of this toxic company. Avoid.
