Great team culture, but AI changes create pressure

Great team and great product, everyone feels the energy and works together to make a good workforce and culture within the company

Cons

After introducing AI, CEO hopes to automate a fraction of the workforce to and subsequently RIF happened two months ago. Culture dipped massively and I feel everyone now feels the pressure to use AI day to day to automate themselves out of jobs (not the way it works unfortunately). Some people were only in the company for a week (some hadn't even joined yet) and offers were rescinded/jobs cut
