Software company by name, but a marketing company "by heart". - Account Executive Montrium Employee Review

Pros

Remote work, could work from anywhere in Canada, US and Europe (at your own expense of course), colleagues are enjoyable to work with.

Cons

The company has very little idea or direction of how to run the sales team with proper leadership. 6 Months probation was the first red flag, due to the turn out caused by the toxicity. Got to be careful with upper management. You're either in their crew or you get destroyed mentally, irrespective of how well you've worked under the direct leadership. It's another red flag when a family member is running the show behind scenes, be very very wary. Empty promises or get axed one way or the other. All in all, they set you up for failure right from the start.

Pros

The company offers a flexible hybrid work setup that genuinely supports work–life balance, along with generous paid time off that employees are encouraged to use. Teams are collaborative and supportive, creating a sense of trust and shared ownership. The work environment is relaxed yet innovative, allowing people to contribute ideas, experiment, and grow without feeling constrained by overly rigid processes.

Cons

Like many growing organizations, priorities can shift as the business evolves, which may require some adaptability. Management involvement can sometimes feel hands-on, and leadership styles may vary across teams. While most experiences are positive, occasional perceptions of favouritism can arise and may benefit from greater transparency.

Pros

teammates are nice and friendly

Cons

they terminate people without proper excuse and blame the fault on them, paying minimum 2 weeks package, with condition to sign a paper to give up the right to sue them. (they knew they cant fire people without concrete excuse and they didnt want to pay the lay off package)
